Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the teriyaki sauce and broccoli florets. Cook until the broccoli is tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. To thicken the sauce, mix a teaspoon of cornstarch with cold water and add to the pan.
