- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cinnamon (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sliced peaches and 1/2 cup of sugar in a large bowl. Set aside.
- Mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Spoon the peaches and any juice evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the topping is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
