A delightful combination of savory and sweet flavors, this Sheet Pan Hawaiian Chicken brings a taste of the tropics right to your kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add chicken thighs and marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and broccoli on a sheet pan.
