Description
A delicious no-bake dessert combining rich peanut butter with crunchy Oreos, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (no-stir, not natural)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 30 Oreos (regular, about one package plus extra)
- 1/2 cup milk (for dunking)
- 1/4 cup hot fudge or chocolate ganache (room temperature, for drizzling)
- 6-8 peanut butter cups (chopped)
- A few crushed Oreos (for topping)
Instructions
- Blend the softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Dunk each Oreo cookie in milk for just a second to soften them, then layer them in the bottom of your dish.
- Spread a layer of the peanut butter mousse over the Oreos.
- Repeat the layers, alternating between Oreos and mousse until you reach the top of your dish.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with hot fudge or chocolate ganache and top with chopped peanut butter cups and crushed Oreos.
Notes
Ensure to let the cream cheese soften to room temperature for easier blending. Avoid over-soaking the Oreos.
