Description

A delightful dessert that marries sweet and tart flavors in a creamy filling with a crunchy graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • Lemon-flavored Jello: 1 package
  • Boiling water: 1 cup
  • Cold water: 1 cup
  • Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Pre-made graham cracker pie crust: 1 crust
  • Lemon slices for garnish: As needed

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon Jello in boiling water, then stir in the cold water.
  2. Combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually stir the lemon Jello mixture into the condensed milk mixture.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the Jello mixture.
  5. Pour the filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.

Notes

Ensure the Jello is fully dissolved to avoid any granules. Chill cream before whipping for a fluffier texture.
