Description

A refreshing dessert featuring a creamy lemon filling in a crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Lemon-flavored Jello
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 pre-made Graham cracker pie crust
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon Jello in boiling water, then stir in the cold water.
  2. Combine the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice in another bowl.
  3. Gradually stir the lemon Jello mixture into the condensed milk mixture.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the Jello mixture.
  6. Pour the filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  8. Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
