- 1 tbsp Fresh herbs (parsley or dill), finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients, ensuring your salmon is fresh and thawed.
- Marinate the Salmon: In a shallow dish, mix the olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Coat the salmon fillets evenly and let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high. Prepare the lemon butter sauce by mixing the softened butter, herbs, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
