- 2 pieces Chicken breast
- 1 cup Flour (for coating)
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat with flour, dip in beaten eggs, then cover with crumb mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken in the hot oil and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a paper towel-lined plate.
- If making homemade Caesar dressing, prepare it now.
- Assemble the wraps with a tortilla, chopped romaine, sliced crispy chicken, extra Parmesan, and drizzled Caesar dressing.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides, and serve with extra dressing on the side if desired.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Double fry the chicken for extra crunch if desired.
