Ingredients
- 2 cups Fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the blueberries, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and the remaining granulated sugar in another bowl.
- Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until it resembles a crumbly topping.
- Spread the blueberry mixture in an even layer in a baking dish, then top with the crumbly mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
- Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
