Delicious fish tacos made in an air fryer, featuring flaky fish and a crunchy cilantro lime slaw. A healthy and quick meal option.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Fish fillets (e.g., cod, tilapia)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 2 cups Cabbage (shredded)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place fish in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the cilantro lime slaw by mixing shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Once the fish is done, warm the corn tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the fish on the tortillas and topping with the cilantro lime slaw. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, use the oven or a skillet for best results.
